Terms and Conditions

1. Descriptions shown on this site are correct at time of publication, errors and omission excepted. They are liable to alteration at any time without notice.

2. We cannot accept liability for delay in despatch or delivery.

3. Orders for goods may be cancelled only with the written agreement of the artist. Orders for commissions cannot be cancelled.

4. All orders for paintings held in the artist's possession will be delivered free within the UK. Additional carriage charges will be applied for paintings residing in a gallery, or for despatch abroad.

5. Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full.

6. Shortage of goods or damage must be notified by telephone within three days of delivery, and confirmed in writing within seven days of delivery, or no claim can be accepted. Delivery of obviously damaged goods should be refused. Notifications should give delivery note number, a list of quantities of the products damaged, and details of the type of damage. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection.

7. No liabilty is accepted for any consequential loss or damage whatsoever, however caused.

8. Acceptance of the goods implies acceptance of these conditions. These conditions may not be varied except in writing by the artist.
